Jak probíhá kontrola?

Na co si dát pozor

Ještě předtím, než se rozhodnete jít na technickou prohlídku, položte si, prosím, následující otázky.[/fusion_title][fusion_text]

1. Projdu emisemi výfukových plynů?

Jestliže máte novější zemědělský stroj vybavený elektronickým řízením motoru a signalizace přístrojové desky vám indikuje poruchu, připravte se na problém. Dle nové metodiky je nutno navázat komunikaci s ECU motoru včetně výpisu paměti závad a readiness kodů. Stejně jako u starších neřízených motorů je důležitá těsnost výfukové, palivové, sací i olejové soustavy. Ostatní záležitosti se posuzují z hlediska analyzátoru výfukových plynů/opacimetru.

2. Obstojím při fotodokumentaci vozidla?

Vozidlo musí být pro fotodokumentaci v takovém stavu, v jakém jej schválil výrobce. Tedy nesmí obsahovat žádné neschválené nástavby, vylepšováky, vlaječky, přídavná světla, pomocné a ochranné rámy a další záležitosti, které nejsou zapsány v technickém průkazu nebo nejsou homologovány pro provoz na pozemních komunikacích. Mimo jiné nesmí být poškozeny schválené komponenty – rozbitá světla, prasklé zasklení, chybějící odrazky apod.

3. Projde můj traktor i vizuální prohlídkou?

Při vizuální kontrole posuzuje náš technik všechny anomálie, neshody, nadměrné opotřebení, vůle v řízení a nápravách, funkčnost světelného osvětlení, upevnění komponentů, úplnost předepsané povinné výbavy, funkčnost spojovacího závěsného zařízení, nesoulad s technickým průkazem (např. pneumatiky, neschválené nástavby) a další.

4. Brzdím tak, že zabrzdím včas?

Nejdůležitější zkouškou je účinnost brzd a hodnota brzdného zpomalení. Náš technik za pomocí kalibrovaného decelometru provede jízdní zkoušku a otestuje brzdný účinek vašeho traktoru. Jestliže víte už z laického pohledu, že váš stroj zrovna nebrzdí nejlépe, navštivte nejdříve autoservis a poté až STK.

5. Mám v pořádku doklady? A co si vzít s sebou?

Určitě s sebou vezměte velký technický průkaz – originál nebo duplikát, ne kopii. Dále osvědčení o registraci ( ORV – „malý technický průkaz“) a peníze dle našeho ceníku (prosíme hotovost, platební karty nepřijmáme). Zapomeňte na emisní kartičku, ta se již nepoužívá a tak ji nemusíte doma marně hledat. Pokud ve vašem vozidle nevozíte běžně povinnou výbavu, na STK si ji prosím vezměte sebou (pojistky, žárovky, lékárnička, trojúhelník, náhradní kolo je-li předepsáno a k němu zvedák a klíč na matice kol, zakládací klíny pro přívěsy). Povinná výbava neplatí pro jednonápravové traktory s přívěsem. Pokud máte již platné emise výfukových plynů, tak také protokol o měření, případně vám jej zajistíme na místě před STK.

6. Jsou čitelné identifikátory a štítky výrobce?

Součástí kontroly je také tzv. evidenční kontrola, tedy soulad identifikátoru vozidla s TP. Je nutné zajistit dobrou čitelnost VIN kodu, pomocného VIN a výrobních štítků. Jestliže vám chybí některý z výrobních štítku nebo již máte nečitelný VIN (např. z důvodu koroze), jsme schopni po předchozí domluvě zajistit náhradní ražbu VIN a další náležitosti.
